Albme Global Football Academy is a youth football development academy based in Ikotun, Lagos, Nigeria, dedicated to discovering, developing and supporting the next generation of football talent.

We believe that football is more than just a game. It is a powerful platform for developing discipline, confidence, teamwork, leadership, resilience and character. Our academy is designed to give young players the environment, coaching and guidance they need to develop both as footballers and as responsible individuals.

From U-8 to U-20, our aim is to provide a structured pathway through which players can progressively develop their technical ability, tactical understanding, physical fitness, mental strength and football intelligence.

At Albme Global Football Academy, we understand that every player is different. Some may dream of becoming professional footballers, while others may simply want to enjoy the game, build confidence and develop valuable life skills. Whatever their starting point or ambition, we want every player to receive proper guidance, encouragement and an opportunity to grow.

OUR MISSION

Our mission is to identify, develop and nurture young football talent through quality coaching, structured player development, mentorship and meaningful football opportunities.

We are committed to:

  • Providing professional and age-appropriate football development for players from U-8 to U-20.

  • Developing technical, tactical, physical and psychological aspects of the game.

  • Instilling discipline, respect, teamwork, responsibility and good character.

  • Creating a safe, positive and supportive environment for young players.

  • Helping players understand the importance of education alongside football development.

  • Providing competitive experiences that challenge players and encourage continuous improvement.

  • Identifying talented players and helping them work towards higher levels of football.

Our vision is to become a respected football academy in Nigeria and Africa, recognised for developing talented footballers, building strong character and creating genuine opportunities for young people through football.

We aspire to build an academy where talented players can begin their journey at grassroots level and progress through a structured development pathway based on ability, commitment, discipline and potential.

Our long-term vision is to create strong connections with football clubs, scouts, competitions, educational institutions, sponsors and development organisations so that our players can access opportunities to take their football journeys to the next level.

We envision Albme Global Football Academy producing players who are not only technically talented, but also mentally strong, disciplined, focused and prepared for the demands of modern football.
