Position: Head Coach & Academy Director
Qualifications: CAF/UEFA Coaching Licence
Our Head Coach leads the overall football philosophy and development strategy at ALBME Global Football Academy, ensuring every player receives world-class coaching and individual attention.
👤 Junior Academy Coach
Programme: Junior Academy (Ages 6–12)
Specialising in early childhood football development, our Junior Academy Coach creates a fun, safe, and structured environment where young players fall in love with the game while building essential technical foundations.
👤 Youth Academy Coach
Programme: Youth Academy (Ages 13–17)
Our Youth Academy Coach focuses on tactical development, positional play, and competitive preparation — helping players make the critical transition from junior to elite-level football.
👤 Elite Programme Coach
Programme: Elite Programme (Ages 18–21)
Working directly with our most advanced players, the Elite Programme Coach prepares athletes for professional football — with a focus on performance, scouting readiness, and mental strength.
👤 Goalkeeper Coach
Our dedicated Goalkeeper Coach provides specialist training for all goalkeepers across every age group — from shot-stopping and distribution to commanding the penalty area.
👤 Fitness & Conditioning Coach
Our Fitness Coach designs and delivers age-appropriate physical conditioning programmes to ensure every player is strong, fast, and injury-resistant throughout the season.
